I am inspired every day by the transience of flowers. To appreciate the beauty of their ever-changing state; from bud, to bloom, to eventual decay; is a privilege, and it is the magic of this impermanence that I hope to capture in my work. To me, floristry is about honouring the mystical forms, textures, colours and shapes of flowers, all of which evoke a sense of sublime enchantment. I hope to enhance the otherworldly beauty that each stem possesses in my work, giving each arrangement a quality of being ‘kissed by the divine’.
